We offer local pickup from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia. By appointment only.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Australia

Orders Under $200	Standard Shipping	2 — 10 business days*	$10**
Orders Under $200	Express Shipping	1 — 3 business days	$15**
Orders Over $200	Standard Shipping	2 — 10 business days	Free **

*Please note that orders to WA can take upwards of 10 business days, however for the rest of Australia, shipping generally takes 2-6 business days.

**up to 2kg - Orders over 2kg will be $15 Standard, $20 Express.

RETURN TO SENDER

Soleil and Co does not take responsibility for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to sender. If the parcel is returned to us, the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you accidentally provided the wrong address please email us immediately at contact@soleilandco.com.au

If your parcel has already been shipped we can try to redirect it with Australia Post, however that isn't always an option. If we are unable to do so the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
